Asset Management

iAM OMNI’s Asset Management module was designed to make capturing and recording assets much quicker and easier. Existing resources can be utilised to create a digital asset in just 90 seconds with just a few short clicks.

Our software uses a filter system, giving you the freedom to select any and all assets that you would like to see within your portfolio. We are always adding new asset categories, so if there is an asset category missing that you would like, then we can create this for you.

Proprietary asset knowledge such as location, performance, condition, service history, compliance status and lifecycle stages are the essence of modern and compliant asset value realisation.

Our cloud based intelligent asset mapping software displays fixed and geospatial assets 24/7 on any internet accessible device. This knowledge, in turn, provides immediate benefits to employees and service providers by simplifying asset management and issue rectification of faults whilst continuously reducing maintenance times.

Individual asset performance and history of each work order or defect are recorded, therefore making it simple to see how the asset is performing.

With iAM OMNI you have the ability to record a variety of asset attributes including the make, model, size and serial number of your assets.

iAM OMNI enables you to add ‘End of Life’ dates to each of your assets, therefore making it simple to calculate the projected material cost and the replacement model that you would like to use. This is a beneficial system as you are able to budget and plan for the replacement of your assets, and not have to experience any nasty surprises.

Assets can be added on multiple layers, such as ground level and even below ground. Below ground assets can be located easily through the filter assets system, and you can move between each floor of a building in just a few clicks. 

Enjoy a reduction in lost productivity from attempting to locate a faulty asset, isolation point, connection or below ground services in spatial properties and geographically difficult terrains. Once an asset is created in iAM OMNI, it can be updated, serviced, maintained or replaced which creates a history for easy access and audit purposes.

With iAM OMNI, you can even use the ‘Get Directions’ button to share the location and directions to any asset, making it much easier for tradespeople and other individuals to physically locate your assets.

Our Auditing and Compliance module empowers the user to manage risk outcomes with our Traffic Light System. Using simply displayed precise Asset Risk and Compliance Profiles with inbuilt intelligence encourages agile and strategic asset management.

The use of our visual representation Risk Mitigation Management tool provides a simple visual overview of your Asset Risk profile, enabling better management of your risk outcomes.  The Intelligent Asset Management system instantly and clearly delineates between compliant, scheduled, or non-compliant.

iAM OMNI’s Auditing and Compliance module was designed to be easy to use, uncomplicated and straightforward – navigating our software is smooth sailing and you can view the status of multiple assets all at once on any internet capable device.

Create your own unlimited number of ‘report templates’ and specify the assets that you would like to be included.

Update existing information and record new data live from the field on any internet capable device. Asset Managers and tradespeople alike can complete asset inspections and record the results whilst attending site.

Once the report has been completed, the individual attending the inspection can send the report directly to any email address with just a few clicks, and a copy of the report will be automatically sent to the client.

The iAM OMNI reporting system is not only live, but fully electronic and entirely paperless. 

With iAM OMNI, you can attach a BCA (Building Code of Australia), ESM (Essential Safety Measures) and a Best Practices maintenance checklist to any asset.

Not only is this process fully digital, but it can also be completed live on site, eliminating the need for unnecessary administrative work at the end of the day.

Workforce Management

With iAM OMNI’s Workforce Management module, you are able to create fully customisable digital work orders with the touch of a button. Add several features to your work orders such as; priority level, timeframe, budget limit and much more.

Small fault in a large area? Save your tradespeople the unnecessary waste of time finding the problem and pinpoint where the work is required using GPS for an exact visual location of the issue. 

Allocate your work orders to any employee, tradesperson, contractor or even a particular department for action.

Better supervise the workload of your employees and use the iAM OMNI filter options to see which work orders have been allocated to any particular individual.

You are also able to create reports using the filter system based on which employee, tradesperson, contractor or department a work order has been assigned to.

Get everyone in your business on the same page and create a rolling conversation of comments, as each person involved with the work order can leave a comment or an update with their notes.

When live in the field, tradespeople attending site to action the work order can add comments, upload unlimited images or any number of attachments on any internet capable device.

Each comment, image, attachment and more are date and time stamped within the work order, speeding up any auditing processes that you may have and aiding accountability in the workplace. You can even attach unlimited work orders to assets in order to see their full work order history.

Create a fully customisable hierarchy system for user level permissions and control what your users get to see. Utilise iAM OMNI’s default hierarchy system or create your own, you could permit some users to be read-only, or even allow certain users to make changes to the metadata – the choice is yours.

Community Connectivity

Here at iAM OMNI, we have developed our Community Connectivity module to allow the community to report faults, defects and raise requests with ease.

Anyone can log in to iAM OMNI to raise a request, from members of the public to university students, this module aims to keep everyone connected and reduce frustrations.

Once a request has been submitted by the user, it is immediately sent directly to the correct department for review and action, eliminating bottlenecks of information whilst saving time and money with less effort.

Receive geographically positioned requests from the community and easily convert these requests into a work order with the click of a button.

With iAM OMNI, you are able to assign the newly created work order to any member of staff or tradesperson for their review.

Once the work order has been accepted, you may add any number of comments, images and attachments as you like – each item you upload will be automatically shared with the original reporter, which keeps everyone in the loop.

iAM OMNI uses GPS to pinpoint the exact location of the fault that the user wishes to report, making the process simple and easy for both the original reporter of the issue and the individual actioning the request.

Community Connectivity utilises crowdsourcing photos when reporting a fault, as users can choose to upload several of their own images to accompany the request.

The original requester is kept up to date and digitally informed each step of the way using push notifications as well as being able to log back into iAM OMNI to view the status of their request at any time.

Forget having numerous departments chasing each other for fragments of information, our GIS solution has inbuilt omni-directional communication channels for all stakeholders, improving information flow and efficiency.

Getting multiple of the same issue reported through to your customer service team? If a member of the public alerts you to a fault that you are already aware of, then you can decline the request and add a comment that this particular request has already been received, the new reporter will be immediately notified with your comment that this issue is well in hand.
