How much does iAM OMNI cost?

iAM OMNI offers annual based subscription licencing with three standard pricing options; service contractor, professional and enterprise. The enterprise pricing option is available upon application and will be a specifically tailored and bespoke subscription plan based on what you are wanting from iAM OMNI.

Will the iAM OMNI team be available for support at any time?

Yes, we will be available to help with any questions or assistance that you may need at any time. iAM OMNI is a service available to you 24/7, and the same goes for our support team. When beginning your subscription with iAM OMNI, full comprehensive training will be delivered by one of our Directors.

What happens if I have feedback and suggestions on how to improve my experience with iAM OMNI?

If you have any suggestions on how your experience can be improved then we are always eager to hear it. iAM OMNI is always evolving and developing, and we welcome the opportunity for our client’s suggestions to be a part of our journey.

Does iAM OMNI accept invoice payments?

Yes, our preferred method of payment is by invoice payments.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you are able to upgrade your plan at any time, just speak to one of our iAM OMNI team members to discuss options.

Which currency are prices quoted in?

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar (AUD) and are not inclusive of GST.

Can I manage my own users?

Yes, with any subscription plan you can manage your own users, this includes being able to change your own passwords.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You are always able to cancel, but the remainder of your subscription fee will not be refunded.

Can I pay for further customisation and fee-for-service?

We are able to offer a fee-for-service in areas such as checklist creation and creation of new assets. Get in touch with our team if you are interested in exploring our FFS options.
